Sometimes depending on which order you add services or vehicles this can happen. Its because you can list many cars on the one profile. For example you may list a scooter a van and a truck to do various jobs. The all wants to know which car you are going to use when you go online to do work. Do this: while you are logged in, tap the "change" icon at
the bottom left corner of the screen, then add or select your vehicle, if your vehicle is listed select it or add another car, bike, scooter, van, ute or truck.
In order for customers to see that you are available for services you need to be
online and available, this way the customer can select you for the job. you must also select which days and times you are available to be on duty and customers can book you for a later day, be sure to check your future bookings schedule to make sure you don't miss any jobs.. On GOwiz customers can see you are available
to do jobs and they check your profile and then select a service provider.
Mostly they select the closest provider because the app will show your proximity to them.

To register as a service provider, you will be asked to fulfill 5 steps of registration:
Step 1: Registration. Here, you will need to enter your full name, email address, phone number and password. Step 2: Upload Your Documents. Follow the prompts to upload your driving license and resume. Step 3: Add Services with Document. Through the ‘Manage Vehicles’ option, you will be able to upload your vehicle information such as; Make, Model, Year, License Plate and Colour. Using the ‘Manage Other Services’ option you will be able to select the services that you are willing to provide to customers. Step 4: Add Your Availability. This is your opportunity to set your availability for service requests. You can choose to work as much or as little as you want! Step 5: Waiting for Admin’s Approval. Your work is done. Now just wait for admin’s approval and you’re on your way to start earning fast cash!

Please follow these steps: If you have tried to upload documents and you cant see them as loaded it is because the file is too large. Best way to do it is: take a photo of the document, license or rego papers, THEN take a screenshot of that photo, this will make your photo smaller is file size and then upload it.

To ensure your customers have the best possible experience with your service, we suggest dressing smartly and appropriately for the task you are performing. While we don’t expect you to turn up in a suit and tie to wash a car, it will benefit you and your service score if your customers are left happy... possibly leading to more jobs in the future!
No. Details of a job will be provided by the customer in their request - just make sure to read it before you choose to accept it. For every job, please make sure that you feel confident in your ability to complete it to a professional standard before you choose to accept the request.
When updating your Services List, you will be able to see a description for each service. This will detail whether you need any specific skills, licences, police checks, experience, qualifications or certifications to perform tasks in this category. More information as to the specific requirements for each service can be found on our Help Page.
Yes. On your map there is an option to edit your location area. Just add the address of your work location, then use the drop down bar to select the radius that you would be willing to travel for jobs. You can also select your current location using location services to find jobs in your current area, wherever you may be.
It is the preferred way to provide your services if you are not registered as a
business or have a valid ABN number, it’s all good however there would be a
small additional fee to cover your insurances etc.

Once a job has been signed off, your customer will release your payment into your in-app ‘Wallet’ payment. Money in your wallet can then be securely transferred to your nominated bank account with the service fee automatically deducted.
Once you are satisfied that your payment has been received, just confirm this on that app and the booking will be marked as completed on your 'My Jobs' page.
Once a job has been completed, your customer will have the option to rate your work out of 5 stars. Your total average score will then be visible on your profile for others to see if they wish to book your services.
When you sign up you will receive an activation code to the email address you signed up with. If you cannot see this email, please check your spam folder. Once you have your 4-digit-code, just head back over to your GOwiz App, enter your code, and you’re good to go!
Yes, provided they are employed for your business. Otherwise, tasks can be transferred only if the person is also verified by GOwiz and has the relevant documentation provided, e.g. a police check for working with children, or a driver’s licence for driving jobs.
GOwiz does not charge a monthly membership fee. A service fee is automatically deducted from the agreed offer price once a task has been completed. There are no hidden fees or additional costs. When you’re not earning, you’re not charged - it’s as simple as that!
Yes. GOwiz is for the convenience of everyone! Whether you want a job to do, or a job to be done, GOwiz will connect you to the right person. Once you are connected, you will be able to message and call your customer so that you are confident about the task you are about to fulfill, as well as any equipment you may need to bring.
To receive live updates on your bookings, first make sure your GOwiz alerts are active in your device's notification centre. You can also manage your notifications through the GOwiz 'Notifications' page - this can be accessed from the main menu. To ensure you receive updates when jobs are requested, make sure to keep the app running on your device at the times when you are online and available for work. This way you won't miss out when a job comes your way!
If the services you are providing involve working with children, you will need to upload a valid police check onto your Profile Page. It is not mandatory to do this if you are providing other services. However, having a police check will make your profile stand out and look desirable, particularly in circumstances where you will be entering a customer’s property.
Of course! GOwiz is all about a healthy work and lifestyle balance, which is why you have complete flexibility on when you choose to work. On your home screen you can select whether you want to appear online or offline. If you select the offline option, your profile will not be visible to users until you’re ready to switch back online and start earning some cash!
Yes. By selecting the 'Anything Wildcard' in your Services List, you will be available to customers to perform miscellaneous tasks. Specific details of these jobs will be provided by the customer in their request details - just make sure to read the information and accept the job if you're happy!
With every booking, you will be given a set limit of time in which to cancel free of charge. However, at GOwiz we want to build trust between all app users, and last minute cancellations can cause a great deal of inconvenience that we want to avoid at all costs. We understand that circumstances can change at short notice and may affect your ability to follow through with a booking. In these cases there is an option to cancel your upcoming bookings, which will incur a cancellation fee credited to your wallet, as well as possible other consequences.

To update your password via the GOwiz App, just select the three dots icon at the top of your profile page where and you will see the option to 'change password'. To change your password on the Gowiz Website, simply head over to your user dashboard and select the 'edit' button next to your password.
For a forgotten password, select the 'Forgot Password' on the sign in page and recovery instructions will be sent direct to the inbox of your registered email address.
