If you are a company with one or more employees, you can Sign Up to GOwiz as a Company Service Provider. This way you can get job requests sent straight to your GOwiz company user. All you have to do is choose the right employee for the job and dispatch them to the customer!
You can sign up as a Company Service Provider by Clicking Here. You will need to fulfill 4 steps: Step 1: Registration. Here, you will need to enter your email address, a password and your company information, including: company name, address, phone number and whether you are registered for GST. Step 2: Upload Your Documents. Follow the prompts to upload your ABN, ACN, Certificate of Registration and proof of Indemnity Insurance. Step 3: Add Providers. You can now begin to add your individual service providers on the 'Provider' page. Here, you can add their information, documentation, as well as services they provide and their availability. Step 4: Add Vehicles. Through the ‘My Vehicles’ page, you will be able to upload vehicle information for each individual provider. You can add as many vehicles as you need, including: cars, vans, trucks, motorbikes, bicycles, scooters and wagons.
Once a job has been completed by your service provider, the customer will have the option to rate their experience out of 5 stars. These ratings will then be made visible on your profile for others to see if they wish to book your services.
No. GOwiz does not charge a sign up fee or a subscription fee. For each booking transaction, a service fee will automatically be deducted from the total amount. There are no hidden costs or additional charges. When you're not earning, you're not charged - it's as simple as that!
By selecting the 'My Jobs’ page on your menu bar, you will be able to see a list of your full booking history. This includes details of the job type, booking number, provider/user, date, and pick up/drop off locations if applicable.
If the services they are providing involve working with children, your providers will need to upload a valid police check through your 'Provider’ page. It is not mandatory to do this if you are providing other services. However, having a police check can make a profile stand out and look desirable, particularly in circumstances where service providers will be required to enter a customer’s property.
Yes. By selecting the “Anything Wildcard” in your Services List, you will be available to customers to perform miscellaneous tasks. Specific details of these jobs will be provided by the customer in their request - just make sure to read the information and accept the job if you are happy!
With every booking, you will be given a set limit of time in which to cancel free of charge. However, at GoWiz we want to build trust between all app users, and last minute cancellations can cause a great deal of inconvenience that we want to avoid at all costs. We understand that circumstances can change at short notice and may affect your ability to follow through with a booking. In these cases there is an option to cancel your upcoming bookings, which will incur a cancellation fee credited to your wallet, as well as possible other consequences.
